Here's an interesting question. How small can a park become before you have to officially stop regarding it as a park. Ponder this question at this Mill Ends park next to the Waterfront Park, which barely a small circle 2 feet across. That was originally intended to be used as a light pole, which never happened, and wreaths and flowers were grown in it instead. The park is officially recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records has the world's smallest park. Butt size is a matter of perspective. According to local legend leprechauns quite enjoy this park and it is for their benefit that it was formed in the first place. It is a cute and weird feature of the city.

Mill Ends Park Reviews & Ratings
Great little (and I mean, Little) park near Portland's Riverfront. Very easy to miss, as it's literally in the middle of the street. The sign is adorable. Read up on its history online - otherwise you might not understand what the fuss is about.
Most fun I have had in a park in a long time. Well kept and no trash.
One of the most amazing parks I've ever visited! :)) or maybe it felt best because of the company I had with me that day? In any case, it was a wonderful experience visiting this place, especially since I had built up quite some expectations. Do yourself a favor and visit this grand place; have a laugh, take some great shots and leave the place clean and protected. Remember, be respectful of nature and all that is in it, no matter the size.
Tiny cute park. Not much to do here though lol. There's a fountain nearby to hang out at.
Amazing park! Such an easy walk it feels like you could walk right over it. This park is so hard to find if you sneeze you'll miss it. There's no shade so bring your own. There's no place to lay so don't think about staying long!
