I've been here twice. First was to establish care with a PCP. I lucked out and got Latha Reddy, PA-C who was incredibly kind, and understood my needs and requests. Second time I was here was the next day to have a blood draw. My MA was June and she was very quick and competent about the process. No complaints, everyone I interacted with here was fantastic!
I suppose if you don't care about professionalism and truly helpful care, this might be a decent place. The location is good and it's in a nice building. However, the doctor I saw seemed completely apathetic about my care, swore often while talking to me, and constantly picked his teeth with his fingers, apparently because he had just finished lunch. The office billed $314 for a visit that lasted about 25 minutes and provided zero benefit to me. I attempted to discuss the doctor's behaviour and the excessive bill with their patient care staff only to be met with more apathy and lack of professionalism. I got a standard response that could have been pre-recorded..."I'll take your concerns into consideration, those are our standard charges". The whole experience creeped me out.
Worst clinic I have ever been to! I saw a Nurse Practitioner once and by the time it was time to follow up she had already left and I had to be assigned to another NP. I Was tortured by the MA when it was time to draw blood, he poked both arms and still couldn't draw any blood. He later brought another MA who poked my arm a third time and still couldn't draw any blood so they had to send me to Quest for the blood draw. That was my worst nightmare. Finally Cody made an appointment for me to see the NP at 11.30 for the results of the blood draw. I got there just before 11 and was checked in. Sat there for almost half an hour before the receptionist came to tell me that I was late and couldn't see the NP. I tried to tell her the appointment was for 11.30 but she wouldn't listen, so I left and have never been in there since they never sent me the results of the blood test through the post as other clinics do. If i was late for the appointment as she claimed, why didn't she tell me when I first walked in? Why did she check me in and made me wait for almost half an hour before telling me that I was late for my appointment?
Interesting reviews. . I will simply add I've experienced a mixed bad here, great location. Some great medical doctors if only they would make this a more permanent stay for their careers, a lot of turn over? A lot of the complaints I'm reading have to do with how insurance works, and not so much the medical staff.
Doctors are competent. Front desk is a nightmare, seeing up appointment times. EVERY TIME FOR THE LAST 4 VISITS. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS. I WAS SCHEDULED AN APT, DROVE 45 MIN TO GET THERE AND WAS INFORMED THAT THE DOCTOR WAS ON VACATION. WHEN I GAVE THE RECEPTIONIST THE PRINTOUT WITH MY APT CLEARLY ON IT, SHE WAS RUDE TO ME. DOCTORS ARE WORTH SEEING. RECEPTION NEEDS A MAJOR OVERHAUL. I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE IT IN THE PAST 40 YEARS OF HEALTHCARE.
