  • This was a downer museum. If you want to take a break from the Mediterranean heat, go to this museum. If you have a Lisbon card, this will be a freebie. The artifacts are minimal and the only saving grace is the video. They do have a bathroom if you are in need of it after a long walk along the water. It will take you a good 10 minutes to go through the place. It does give you a good history of the area but it isn't MOMA so don't expect much.

  • Entrance on weekend is free. Just quick history of wine in Porto. Good to see.

  • Far from the city centre, poor quality and small content

  • It's tiny. Most of information can be googled. Like who and when started the tradition of port wine, how it became popular and helped the town's development. Probably it could be more attractive if more of exposition will be dedicated to the port wine itself, how it's made, in what way its barnds are different (with possibility to taste the difference). P.S.: looks like the attendance is free during weekend.

  • Lame, lame, lame. Waste of time, waste of money (little as it is 2,2 EUR but stil...) had more fun and got more interesting information in Sandeman cellar museum.
