As you walk through the main street of the city, you will come across a courtyard where you see a lot of people and this is your destination. The courtyard is just the perfect place to sit and have lunch. Try out all the delicacies here and you will know the reason behind the popularity. If not lunch, a walk would also be wonderful. • Perfect hotel. Very nice breakfast, garden that leaves you breathless, staff are friendly and very helpful, not to mention polite and professional. Rooms are coasy, clean, spacious and the balcony has most spectacular view of the city. The dinner was one of the best ever, prices are a bit higher, but you get your money's worth. This truly is a joule of Positano.

  • Three nights in a great room with a fantastic view. Clean, bright, great bed. Great location. Good breakfast too! An easy walk from the docks. Close to everything.

  • We had the most wonderful stay at Palazzo Murat, so much so that we extended our time in Positano. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, as it's not too far of a walk up from the beach, but well before the area where cars are allowed to drive. Every single member of the hotel staff we were in contact with went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and were a pleasure to meet. The rooms were clean, spacious and beautiful, and the grounds of the hotel are immaculate with stunning gardens and landscaping, and a breathtaking view of Positano and the sea from everywhere you look. It was also wonderful to have a pool available. Would highly recommend staying at Palazzo Murat. We are likely to visit Positano again just to stay at the hotel!

  • This hotel is everything and more! I would recommend to anyone in a heart beat. Staff go beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We stayed for 5 nights. Housekeeping come twice which was a surprise! Lovely pool, very relaxing. Very happy we stayed here in positano

  • I wish there was a way to rate more than 5-stars because this place is incredible. My wife and I traveled to Positano for our honeymoon, and were thrilled with our time at Palazzo Murat. The staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Upon check-in they brought us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our special occasion. They were more than happy to not only recommend the best places to eat in Positano, but arrange reservations so we wouldn't have to worry about a thing. The Hotel grounds are absolutely breath-taking. It offers the most beautiful views of the towns, while providing the most beautiful old-world design, with a Michelin rated restaurant, large luscious gardens, and a pool over looking the famous church dome. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, and the bar area has the best lemonade i've ever had. The location couldnt have been better. all in all our stay at the Palazzo Murat can only be described as a fairy tale. My wife and I are already so excited to go back.
