Apple Museum, Prague Reviews - Write a Review
I'm not a tech guy, just interested in Steve Jobs' rise to the top in his career. I have read many books by him and books about him. My wife and I visited and were absolutely amazed in how many products Apple actually made. It is also very interesting seeing how things have changed over many years. This museum is very well layed out with good presentation. We recommend you visit this museum and it isn't expensive.
Chronicling the rise and cultural icon that is Apple, this museum showcases the monumental story of how Apple went from being a start up (Funded mostly by Wozniak selling his HP-65 calculator) to being the tech giant it is today. Detailing each stage of the companies developments, included archival footage and the first prototype of the iPhone. This museum is an intriguing snapshot of the history of devices designed by Apple.
Well designed museum with lots of exhibited technology pieces. You will find almost every - if not every kind of Apple device here. The exhibition is guided through an webapp which automatically starts after logging into the museum wifi. Overall it's not big - you can walk through all of it and look at all the stuff in less than 20mins. It might take much longer if you're an hardcore apple fan and read through every passage of text the webapp feeds you with.
Interesting to see the progression of Apple technology and how a man kept pushing for more. The price tag and size of the exhibit didn't really match and I was expecting something more. On the plus side there is a small pop art exhibit included as part of your admission.
A bit pricey for its ticket price. But nostalgic Apple Fans would totally love this place. Like I had.
