Nice club, good location, waitress was very kind and it's not too expensive, we really enjoyed it here. After we left the club and walked around for a bit, we decided to head back. Walking down the stairs there was a security guy yelling at us in Czech we need to leave our jackets at the cloakroom. We tried to talk to him and wanted to pass him but he pushed me up the stairs and started to get violent. Our group of 5 girls got very scared of him. Soo disappointed, everyone else was very nice but once I got attacked by staff, it ruined the night for me. This is not how you treat girls or any customer in general.
Having spent a fantastic wèek in various bars and restaurants in Prague myself and 6 friends visited other bars on our last day (22/6/17). We visited One Club and ordered drinks from the waitress, and at first we thought there was a language problem. As we continued to order we realised that the waitress had an appalling altitude problem. When we ordered a second round of drinks we ordered 7 beers, but 2 friends changed there minds to have bottled water instead, which made the waitress very rude towards us. We finished our drinks and paid our Bill and my brother confronted the waitress about her attitude towards customers but she could not care what he has to say. We will all be putting a similar complaint about One Club on Trivago and as many other social media sites as we can, but one thing we will not forget is that Prague is a wonderful city to visit.
One of the best clubs in Prague, club downstairs is on fireeeeeee. Best bottle service imo
worst place we've been to in Prague. Watch out ! They don't give you the right amount of change back. Drink the beers you ordered and payed and refuse to give them to you. After complaining they became very aggressive and almost kicked us out. If you still decide to go better pay by card so this can't happen to you when.
Worst service ever. Waitress brought bill before beer and insisted to pay. Of course you pay the expensive beer... 0.2l of bad beer for 5€ great. Not even for this bad service. Have a look for an alternative
