One Club Prague, Prague Reviews - Write a Review
Went downstairs to the club, my boyfriend got charged as all the lads do. We was then made to leave our jackets in the cloak room and paid for them to be 'looked after'. On collecting our jackets we handed back 2 tickets to only get 1 jacket in return. They then denied all knowledge of having my boyfriends jacket. We went back the next day to ask about the missing jacket however the people behind the bar were extreamly rude and defensive, they had no intention of even looking for our jacket. Disgusting service to pay to have our jackets looked after, only to have it stolen. Not only is it bad to have a jacket stolen, but we was a 30 minute walk from our hotel without him having a jacket in almost freezing temperatures. Not the service I would expect. Worse place to go in Prague.
Rudest staff I have ever experienced. We were sitting on a bar stool and a prostitute came over and told us we were in her seat so then we moved. The bar tender ignored us the entire time and laughed at us. He was disrepsectful and rude. Then the two of us girls went to another bar in the club and the guy complained that they aren’t a ‘cocktail bar’ when we ordered two vodka/oranges and said they only served vodka redbulls??? Don’t know if they understand alcohol. A screwdriver is technically a cocktail but not a complicated one. Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. F-
Nice club, good location, waitress was very kind and it's not too expensive, we really enjoyed it here. After we left the club and walked around for a bit, we decided to head back. Walking down the stairs there was a security guy yelling at us in Czech we need to leave our jackets at the cloakroom. We tried to talk to him and wanted to pass him but he pushed me up the stairs and started to get violent. Our group of 5 girls got very scared of him. Soo disappointed, everyone else was very nice but once I got attacked by staff, it ruined the night for me. This is not how you treat girls or any customer in general.
Nice music... Strange prices for drink. First two beers 220 czk... Second two beers 210czk....
Having spent a fantastic wèek in various bars and restaurants in Prague myself and 6 friends visited other bars on our last day (22/6/17). We visited One Club and ordered drinks from the waitress, and at first we thought there was a language problem. As we continued to order we realised that the waitress had an appalling altitude problem. When we ordered a second round of drinks we ordered 7 beers, but 2 friends changed there minds to have bottled water instead, which made the waitress very rude towards us. We finished our drinks and paid our Bill and my brother confronted the waitress about her attitude towards customers but she could not care what he has to say. We will all be putting a similar complaint about One Club on Trivago and as many other social media sites as we can, but one thing we will not forget is that Prague is a wonderful city to visit.
