Torture Museum, Prague Reviews - Write a Review
Woeful museum. All the instruments were recreations accompanied with boring and poorly translated text. Not worth the money. Not worth the time.
Name sound appealing but thats pretty much about it. never ever recomend to anybody. Its a waste of time and money IMO
Various things, without historical context. Hardy valuable information. Pictures on walls don't match exposed items. Descriptions are badly translated, German texts contain various misunderstandings. Altogether like a car accident: you stare at it, you wonder how you came here, and when you leave you know as much as before but have some additional images in your mind.
The museum is really disappointing. Really quick to finish and really few information. You spend around 30min for 6 euros (160 crown) so it's not really expensive but im not sure i learn something new.
I LOVED this museum. No idea why it got so many 1-star reviews. It was really interesting and unique. Definitely worth a trip if you're looking for something off the beaten path.
