it was terribly cold in my room (end of November), at the same time my colleagues in other rooms opened windows during the night because of heat. Conditioner (heater) was barely warming the air, but it was not possible to let it work during the night - it was very noisy (old one, I suppose). Old metal windows with strong draught. TV was barely working - only 4 programs and none in English. I ordered standard room for ONE person, on the photos there were rooms with king size beds. Instead I got a room with 3 single beds, not comfortable at all. Also, there was no kettle (not speaking about coffee machine) - which are mast have in 4* hotels! Also, the furniture is obviously old, although is kept in order. The rest of services were fine - location, cleanness, marvelous breakfast. The hotel in general is good, the room is NOT the room of 4* Hotel, it worse, honestly! I can recommend it only because of location, tasty breakfasts and general impression.
My husband and I booked a room for a night before we were flying out of Prague for a little down time after 10 days of traveling through Croatia & The Czech Republic. We were looking for something close, but not right under the airport, and we were very happy with our stay here. Tomas and Renata were both very helpful at the front desk! Tomas graciously allowed us a late check out of 2pm (which we requested upon check in...the normal time is noon), as our flight was later in the afternoon on the following day; I saw him the next day upon check out and his customer service and stellar smile made us feel very welcome. They are renovating, so there was construction outside, but we had no trouble sleeping, as the rooms are plenty quiet. Renata also gave great customer service, as we were checking out, and needed to leave our bags for another hour before picking them up. The hotel has a room for this, and she kindly obliged. We did have one not-so-helpful person at the front desk, who's name I didn't get, but hey, there's always the chance someone is having an off day. All in all, we found it the perfect, reasonably priced, off-airport hotel for a restful night, that provided most everything we could have needed on site. We didn't make use of the spa, but wish we had!
I enjoyed my stay. The friendly staff had my booking mistake corrected - started with the wrong date, but they found me a room anyway, and let me check in early. The room was clean and nice, room service as invisible and courteous as could be desired. No lines at check-in, breakfast or even the bar. And the bill at checkout pleasantly surprised me. I must've billed almost everything "to the room", and expected to pay much more when I checked out.
The place was good... the part that I didn’t like was: 2 person check in at the room but only 1 hygiene products kit. At next day we choose as proposal by the hotel, to skip cleaning, what is ok and very beneficial for the hotel due to less working hours cost and employees at end, BUT they didn’t even refill the products, toilet paper, etc. that for me is not “cleaning “ that is service offer. The food at breakfast was good and good variety I just miss not to have fresh juice, they usually I expect at hotel ... other was fine.
It was great experience. The hotel is very conveniently located. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is really amazing. Strongly recommend it.
