For all the history buffs, Smoki Museum is a must-must in Prescott, Arizona. Built in 1935, this unique museum is set in a stone building. The credit for the museum’s establishment goes to Kate Cory who donated some of her paintings and photographs on Smoki tribe for the museum’s collection. Today, the museum is home to several Native American artifacts. You will find over 2000 artifacts on basketry, beadwork, and pottery. The exhibits in the museum keep rotating at an average of 4 to 6 months. The educational programs offered by the museum are also worth attending.
