If you want to shop for souvenirs there is no better place in the city. The store stockpiles and Exhibits the very best of Mexican folk art - painted wood Oaxacan animals, Zapotec wool rugs, jewelry, textiles, Talavera, miniatures, dioramas, andjewellery. Over 200 artists contribute to the collection. Rather than demand that the artists send their works to the store, Lucy herself travels the countryside looking for the best. The store itself is a Charlie charming. Make sure to pick up a copy of the hilarious book her husband wrote - "PV on 49 Brain Cells a Day". Nothing is pricey, and you might end up buying quite a lot.
- Drive to here or take a taxi.
- There should be a bus stop nearby.

A pleasure to step in to this shop! So much to look at, lovely collection, fair prices, carefully packed for traveling and most of all super friendly!
We hit Lucy's shop everytime we're in town. She has one of the most interesting selection of items to be found in Puerto Vallarta. And she and husband Gil are wonderful people on top of it!
We bought our first two "significant" alebrijes here many years ago and have stopped by every visit to P.V. since. The quality of the inventory is consistently tops, and we compare to galleries we've visited in San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, Oaxaca (center of alebrijes), and others in 30 cities across Mexico. You can find things in all price ranges here - our first was hundreds, the one today just $29. All three of Gil's books sit on our bookshelves at home to reread - great stories of local life with good humor, too! For sale at the store.
Great people, very nice selection, fair prices, great packing... thanks
Un lugar muy agradable
