The store stockpiles and Exhibits the very best of Mexican folk art - painted wood Oaxacan animals, Zapotec wool rugs, jewelry, textiles, Talavera, miniatures, dioramas, andjewellery. Over 200 artists contribute to the collection. Rather than demand that the artists send their works to the store, Lucy herself travels the countryside looking for the best. The store itself is a Charlie charming. Make sure to pick up a copy of the hilarious book her husband wrote - "PV on 49 Brain Cells a Day".
