If you're the kind of tourist who enjoys bargaining with local vendors, then this flea market has you covered. It used to be the local supermarket before the city gained the modern amenities of a supermarket, which isn't too far away. To compensate, this two story block sized market diversified its wares, inviting vendors of arts, handicrafts, pottery, jewellery, and clothing. Some food vendors remain, and they are all on the second floor. Everyone expects you to bargain (you'll lose face if you don't), but don't under any circumstances insult the merchandise, as that is the same as insulting the vendor. This is the cheapest place in town to find souvenirs.
