Mirador De Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta Reviews
Views are great. Lots of steps to go up, so be prepared with shoes and water! There are shaded areas at the top to cool down. Looks like there is also a lift but was not operational when we were there in July. I'd recommend going early in the morning or early evening.
Amazing views. They are working on new road/stairs. Not an easy climb for some but if you make it be proud. I have read many reviews and they are pretty dumb and inaccurate. We did this today June 2nd 2018. Take your time. No rush and you will be fine. The tower itself is the scariest for some but exhilarating.
Excellent place to watch the sunset. Getting there is difficult as Google Maps tries to initially take you through a somewhat sketchy looking neighborhood with aggressive dogs, but otherwise excellent. In the evening, the tram to the top is not in operation, so be prepared to walk up a large number of steep steps. Be careful if it is wet. Would definitely recommend doing this. It also gives you a beautiful view of the mountain town El Caloso on the other side of Puerto Vallarta.
This look out over the beach city of Puerto Vallarta was so awesome to visit. It does take some effort to climb one thousand steps but it well worth it once you get to the top. I suggest you take water because you will need it. El Mirador en Puerto Vallarta que lindo es.
It was a heck of a climb but the views of Puerto Vallarta from that vantage point were impressive! I may have missed a step or two but I definitely counted 575 vertical steps! (and this doesn't include the 3 torturous STEEP winding streets just to get there!) There's also a winched cable car that operates during the for those less adventurous!
