The Huichol tribe of Native Americans, removed as they are from urban centres and the global life, have managed to keep alive traditions that predate Columbian times in South America. This gallery brings a slice of their artistic traditions to the city. There are eight inch by eight inch yarn drawings; intricate bead art set into a carved bowl; exquisite and colorful Oaxacan wood carvings of animals; artwork related to the Day of the Dead; and sacred heart trinkets.

  • This store not only has an amazing selections of various Mexican indigenous arts, but a very informative and non-pushy sales staff. Hats off to Ismail, in photo. He was very informative about the history behind the the collections. Really enjoyed my purchase.

  • Amazing works from a talented family, you not only invest is some eye catching and substantive art but also learn from it and the gallery workers a rich history. Alejandro was the most knowledgeable and outstanding representative and sales person, highly recommend him and this amazing art which ranges from $30 to $600 US dollars so there is something for everyone but even the smallest piece is a thousand times more unique than other touristy places you will find. Mucho gracias Alejandro!
