Rajgad Fort Reviews & Ratings

  • This is a nice place for trekking. I won't count it an easy trek. There are some rock patches and thanks to the railings people can trek these patches. On the top views are awesome in Monsoon! In the village there are places for parking your car / bike.

  • Lovely place for trek in monsoon. Neat and clean. Everyone ensures that they dont throw garbage on the way . Not a very tourist friendly place in terms of clean wash room at base. Feels awesome when you reach on top . Be careful with the steps towards the top, beware of monkeys as well. There are two three eateries on the way which would provide you tea and snacks. The phone works all the way to the top which is good,no loss of signals.

  • Great place to visit anytime. But if you are a trekker, then you must visit the fort at night. For trekking this is awesome destination. Balekilla is little difficult to reach as compare to other places. Ultimately, this is awesome place to visit. I visit here twice a year. Winter season is great for a trek.

  • Awesome looks If you suppose to planning to visit rajgad fort please come as early as possible. To climb the hill it will take more than 2 hours. Also you need rest in between. There is too sleepy way. Make sure you have safety and medication also if required. At the bottom of the hill there is place where you can park bike. It's one of the best place to visit best for tracking.

  • Great place for trekking. Wear comfortable shoes as the trek is hard. Avoid going during rains and summers. Take ample water with you as there are no water sources during the trek except 2 shops in the trek.
