Surrounded by the mountains and the world famous Titikaka Lake, Mirador El Condor is a beautiful place in Peru. It is not crowded as tourists mostly are unknown about its charm. To reach to the Condor Viewpoint, you have to climb the 620 stairs up to the steep slope. The viewpoint offers an excellent view of the Lake and the Puno city. It is open daily from 6 am to 11.45pm. The statue of Condor will literally blow your mind. The bird with its wings stretched, looks as if guarding the whole city from above. The statue is made of metal with wonderful realistic color. The tower offers a breathtaking view that you should not miss. And don’t forget to take good shoes for the climb.
