About Hoyo Azul, Punta Cana

This natural pool is a must see attraction in Punta Cana. Hoyo Azul is a cenote that is accessible through a wonderful trail full of rich flora and fauna that is native to the Caribbean. Upon reaching the top, you can jump in for an exhilarating experience.  It is located at the top of a towering cliff and boasts of crystalline, sparkling blue waters. Hoyo Azul is a part of the Scape Park in Cap Cana.  The trail that leads to Hoyo Azul itself is breathtaking, passing through dense forests and jagged but rewarding paths.

The Farralon zip line is another attraction here that is especially popular with tourists because instead of being linked to trees, it is linked to cliffs. The longest zipline stretches to 1500 feet and the highest reaches 250 feet above Cap Cana’s forests.

  • Absolutely gorgeous!! Water is so clear, cold and refreshing after the walk to get to it.

  • They closed the gates and we stuck there. They requested us to pay a bribe of $350 to open the gates. Had to brake it to escape. Then they were chasing us on a car with a shotgun. Tried to kill or smth. But we drove away They charge 69$ for this cinote which is a lot. You can go to other similar places and pay $4/pp. its kind of a scam

  • A must see in your life time. My wife and I had a lot of fun. Try to do the half day excursion here.

  • Wow. Beautiful place......
