The Reserve At Paradisus Punta Cana Resort Reviews & Ratings

  • Overall a decent experience. All inclusive is a beautiful thing for someone who has never experienced it before. All the drinking and eating you can ever want. The buffet grows old after a few days but it is still decent food. Speaking of food, mosquitos have been feasting on my wife and I for the past four days, even in our room. Well, especially in our room. For that reason I cant give them five stars. However, I can't go below 4 stars because of the staff. These people are absolutely amazing. Friendly, professional, attentive; it's an army of employees who make you feel welcome and important at every turn. Thanks to them, you really get that bubble feeling in contrast to outside the gates where the locals just see you as some money fish to reel in. In conclusion, if you are about that resort life, this is a good place to come to in any quantity, single or full family. Also if you are holding an event you are in good hands. I recommend.

  • The service here was fantastic! Everyone is extremely friendly. There is a wide variety of food and everyday there are different events going on throughout the day! Here it is truly paradise!

  • This place needs a whole new manager, makeover, a whole new set of entertainment, something!! The food is horrible!!! The buffet food is horrible!! The Mole restaurant food, was descent, but who can mess up American mexican food? There are not much activities, most of the activities are closed or out dated, not for children or families. The rooms have potential to be great, but they do have minor defects. The waiters are pretty good and friendly, well some. I souls reccomend for young adults to come to this hotel and have parties in their hotel rooms if you ask me. This hotel is NOT for families or for adults.

  • Place is beautiful a few odd s rather here and there. My major complaint is there is no mini bar. U get 2 6oz colors light that's it I asked for liquor and was told I had to pay for it No it's an all inclusive I'm not paying for it, it is free if I sit at bar so put it in my room. ** so I wrote this while still at the resort. I am adding to say the management addressed any issues we had and resolved all problems. For that, I give an extra star. I would recommend to anyone visiting to make diner reservations way in advance. We only got the chance to eat at one and thought the buffet was better anyway. Also the concierge was useless. Management addressed my issues and resolved them. We will be returning next year to either the grand reserve or the reserve again with the kids. Very kid friendly!!!!

  • the resort looks pretty nice and it seems like a lot of people had good experiences but unfortunately I made reservations for my family group and its been a nightmare. we are expecting to be there this week and after calling approximately 10 times to add an extra guess no one has been able to get this done. Very sad we had very high expectations. very poor customer service by the reservations department. we are very disappointed and we have not even arrived. really hoping someone of the hotel staff can be helpful and assist.
