The place where Hanuman is guarding Puri from sea as per order of Lord Jagannath with his legs bound with chain so that he won't ran away to Ayodhya. With such mythological belief people go there, but priests try to rub devotees. So go and just have the darshan with closed ears. By the way place is calm and quit.
In my experience you should go there and just just worship Hanuman ji in your own don't come in contact with any Pandit or Panda they will try to convince you that come and worship this god that God and then they will try to sell things and tells you this is laxami paduka it will help. You to increase your money reputation and all and then ask you to give them indirectly a huge amount so its better to go there take a ticket which cost is 5₹ and just Darshan and come out as fast as you can
