  • Our first night was at the Sheraton, and our 2nd here at Holiday Inn. We stayed for a weekend convention. We can say, the Holiday Inn is the WAY better option for the money. The room was bigger, had more beds, and better options for WAY less money. PROS: Parking on site with hotel Better price for convention events/Better bed options Clean, updated rooms Nice views of the city from higher level rooms CONS: Charge for parking ($7. Cheaper than other hotels but..) No Refrigerator ELEVATORS are HORRIBLE (waited 15 min. to get on, full/hot) Besides the elevators, the hotel is one of the best options for staying at downtown Raleigh.

  • Great location, room had a fantastic view as well as the restaurant on the 20th floor. Great team of people! A special shout out to Asia, she went above and beyond in helping us make some last minute adjustments, a very special thank you for all that you did. She did the job a facilities ( which was certainly NOT her job) and had such a can do attitude & Charles who this morning also went above & beyond with assisting us in getting last minute copies made, extra supplies & a wealth of knowledge. His smile & peppy attitude is infectious,. It is team members like Asia & Charles that really make a difference!! Any organization would be lucky to have these two as a part of their team!!!

  • Great place for a quick weekend trip! It's located right by the downtown area so it's just a quick walk to the museums and some great food! Downside were the thin walls and loud guests at 2 and 3 in the morning, but overall a nice hotel.

  • Checking in and out was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly. The room was comfortable, but a fridge in the room would have been nice. The shower had good water pressure and the water got hot quickly.

  • The room I attended my social event in was a big, clean, and neat area. It was a formally designed room. The hotel was quiet and they provided us with cups of water. None of the employee's had a rude conduct either. All together it was a nice hotel especially for downtown. They also had a nice parking area so we would not have to park on the street like other downtown places.
