  • I had a free ticket to an event, I went to the box office because 5 other people expressed that they wanted to go to the event too, and the man helped me get tickets that were in the same location as my first ticket! So my family and i can sit together with no worries. The man in the box office was friendly and made what I thought could be a challenging situation extremely easy for me

  • Very clean and open. Huge women's restroom upstairs after you enter and smaller ones closer to the seating area by the stage. Seats are comfortable with cup holders conveniently located in front of the seat.

  • Beautiful venue in downtown Raleigh... Have enjoyed many stellar performances here... Staff are top notch

  • Great place to hold the IBMA awards ceremony. Good views from my seat. Staff was professional.

  • Beautiful, ornate concert hall with lots of seating and very good acoustics. I saw the NC Symphony perform Beethoven's Ninth Symphony, and my experience was spectacular.
