Agnitheertham - Review
This is a holy spot where believers take a dip before visiting the temple of lord Rameswar. Agnitheertham is of great religious significance to the Hindus especially as they believe that after killing Ravana, Lord Rama offered his prayers to Lord Shiva, at this very place. Most people pay visit to the Ramanathaswamy temple after a visit to Agnitheertham. A dip in the water of Agnitheertham is considered as a way of washing away your sins. The water is said to be so holy that immersing your body in this water grants you forgiveness for all of your ill doing. The place on the whole is very peaceful and a great option to spend some time by yourself or with family and friends.

Very Holly place. Gud clean and maintained for bath before taking shiva Darshan. Clock rooms and changing room available at minimum charge.
One of the holy dip areas with a mythological history. This place rests in Bay of Bengal with very little tides. People can enjoy in beach too.
This is one of the very important theertham which is located nearby to sivan temple where poojas are performed
Holy bathing place in Rameswaram. We should bath here first then take a bath in the 23 Holy Wells inside the temple. Sea looks very calm here and literally there are no waves. Municipal workers are trying to keep the place as clean as possible irrespective of the crowd.
Very busy at morning times and very relaxing to hangout in the evenings
