Agua Caliente Casino Resort Spa Reviews & Ratings

  • The casino is fun, noisy, and alive with all kinds of people. I would advise setting a dollar limit to using the gambling devices. The food court is relatively new and the food is good. I had a BLT and the matzaball soup delicious however servings are large one would have been plenty. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is a strong cigarette smell and you take it home with you on your clothes and in your hair. So, be prepared to wash and shower when you get home unless you are a smoker.

  • Outstanding stay, room very comfortable and spacious. Amenities great with terrific view. Food excellent and service impressive. I wish there policy on dogs was better presented. And just as a side note with all the cannabis shops in area I find it interesting that in smoking room pot is prohibited.

  • The customer service was excellent! Everyone was super nice an attentive. My wife went their for the first time, for our anniversary. The rooms are nice, with nice views. The spa was superb and the steakhouse was good. We will be returning

  • Great casino, not too far off the beaten path. The concert venue is really tremendous. Intimate, acoustically pleasant, the performance will seem like it was just for you. Saw Don Henley there most recently, and what a show! Stay in the hotel, play some games, dine on-site, then walk to the show. On your way out of town ... stop at Sherman’s for an incredible breakfast or lunch. It will be a meal you won’t forget.

  • The rooms are nice, the food is pretty good. The slot machines are very tight. It is extremely hard to win enough to keep playing before they take all of your money. I only go there for concerts. They only seem to be generous with their high rollers. Such a shame for the people who live in the area and supply so much of their business.
