  • Great resort if you're with kids. Super family friendly. Kids loved the pool and lazy river during the day and the movie screenings at night. Food is decent and reasonably priced. The rooms are a little dated but all is perfectly functional.

  • Attention all ladies!!! This is a must. $30 day pass without services or services and use of facilities included. Sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi and pool. Waiting room for service and full salon as well. One stop shop for a relaxing day. I really enjoyed myself and the workers are super friendly and helpful.

  • The first night = air conditioning was broken, had a mechanic (Eddie) come in and fix the next day. As we left our room, he said he'd stay and tidy up. We left him in the room. We felt concerned about our exposed items but felt like we'd give the resort the benefit of the doubt. Second night = called loss prevention because of the paper-thin walls -- issued a noise complaint at 12:30a because someone was blaring their TV loudly. The third day upon check out = couldn't find purse, wallet, keys so we spent hours checking the room to no avail. We devoured our bags and still couldn't find the lost items. We called a locksmith to try and start our car without luck. We rented a car so we could make it home and we'd leave our car at the resort and pick it up the next day. After filing a report with the hotel security and on our drive home one hour later the hotel security (Rogelio and Luis) called and said they found our keys and wallet in our room. We asked where it was and they hesitated, then they said housekeeping found it lodged above the safe (which we never put there, and was an area that we both individually checked). We found this to be very suspicious because we believe the hotel mechanic might have taken it and returned it. At 4:15pm we gave specific instructions to give our valuables to friends that we were staying in a room across the street. They waited for two hours because Luis forgot to follow up and deliver our possessions to them. Overall, we would never stay at this resort again, and we would highly discourage anyone from ever staying here. We will file a complaint/yelp/trip advisor review and make people aware that this place has some really big issues they need to work on. Pros: pool/water slides were fun, food was good, kids enjoyed the stay. Marshi/Front desk was polite. However, not worth the $500/night to experience this again.

  • Even though we experienced some issues with the A/C unit in the beginning (out of their control) in the end my family and I truly enjoyed our vacation there. My daughter turned 10 and this was her vacation. The lazy river was awesome, mini beach was cool and the slides were great!!! This was so relaxing and fun. We would definitely consider coming back next year.

  • Awesome place in my opinion. As of this writing, some rooms are being remodeled. Kids and adult pools are great. Lazy river with slides also great. Great place can't wait to go back
