The Oracle, Reading Reviews

  • Shopping centre with all that you expect, it serves as an active hub to a lively life in Reading. The feel of it is generally nice and the Riverside area is very pleasant in good/fair weather. As with many, its welcoming vibe suffers a bit from the masses of people who sometimes are in attendance. A good or a bad thing, I'll leave it up to you.

  • The oracle is huge for starters. It contains all the expected high street brands of shops, especially numerous watch/jewelry shops. Food also is in abundance, especially all the restaurants alongside the river outside. The bars here often become lively in the evening once people have finished their days work. Back inside the shopping mall is always very clean and welcoming. If you wanna shop till you drop, the Oracle is for you.

  • Great shopping centre with excellent and modern facilities. Plenty of parking although it can be very difficult to find a spot at very busy times (around Christmas etc.) Usually very clean and the whole area is very modern and aesthetic due to the nice rivers and bridges. Plenty to do. Plenty to shop.

  • Always clean, pleasant with a great variety of shops/brands. Always lots of staff and reassuring security presence too. Best part is lots of really great places to eat. Only thing is parking quite pricey.

  • Gorgeous big and spacious shopping mall, loads of variety and lovely shops. Great food courts outside and lots of do/ see. Based on the riverbank so is very pretty and has lots of shops to choose from
