Situated next to the North Esk River and the Mount Barrow, the distillery opened its doors in 2015. It was the brainchild of a certain Mr. John Wielstra who had an undying love for whiskey. This distillery utilizes high-quality ingredients from Tasmania to produce some famous spirits. The state-of-the-art machinery is equipped to manufacture some of the best and most unique single malt whiskey available in the region. Other liquors like gin, vodka and wine are also available here. You can fix an appointment to visit the distillery and be a part of the exciting and intriguing process. Though it should be noted that they do not make sales in the distillery directly.
