Musee Des Beaux-arts - Review
Outside of Paris, this is one of France’s most important fine arts museums. It has a brilliant collection of prints, paintings and drawings. The paintings are mostly between the 14th and 20th centuries, with a truly rich 17th century collection. Most of the paintings are from the French and Italian Schools. There is also a small antiquity collection – Egyptian, Greek and Roman.

Musee Des Beaux-arts, Rennes Reviews
Great collection of classical as well as modern art, from a variety of European and non-European artists. I was lucky to see two pieces of Picasso on the second floor!
A pleasant museum if you're in the area. There's something for everyone (fine art, modern art, etc) and don't miss the cabinet of curiosities
This place is so beautiful, i loved every second of it!! Dont try to miss it out if you visit pari! watanzania wengi zaidi wafike hapa kuona uzuri wa haya makumbusho!!
Although it is a very small museums it always has ver good expositions. It has a permanent exposition which is very interesting with many paintings from different ages, most of them about religion. On the other part you will find the contemporary art exposition which is also very good. The entrance is quite cheap!
For a smaller city the museum has a really good collection. I would prefer it to be larger but I understand that a city of a size of Rennes has its limits and so one cannot expect a second Louvre (although here they have their own reproduction of Mona Lisa, haha.)
