Fleischmann Planetarium And Science Center Reviews & Ratings
The Planetarium is a great place to learn about astronomy, space exploration, and our world and environment. A variety of dome shows are offered that change on a regular basis. An exhibit hall features hands-on activities, a meteorite collection, and even some space hardware. On first and fourth Fridays, have a look at the sky through a telescope, weather permitting. There's always something interesting going on at the Planetarium!
Staff is always friendly. So fun for adults and kids of all ages. A nice place for the family that doesnt break the bank.
Awesome place to visit if you appreciate space exploration. Admission price is fair but the gift shop is a little on the expensive side. The show presentation room is really nice. The exhibit room was small but informational. Parking was free on the weekends.
Best suited to k-6th grade field trips. Very very small, prices are high for what they offer. Staff is great though, very nice and informative.
Definitely an old school feel here, maybe it’s the architecture but it reeks of 60’s or 70’s, which I absolutely love! Yet the gift shop is contemporary, geeky and awesome! I’ve been here several times over the years and just love it! Kids seemed to be enjoying it even though the parents seemed to be more involved with their phones. We need more place like this for the kids today!
