Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms and resort were clean with nice decor. Drivable location to other hotels/casinos. Friendly and attentive service at the restaurant. Awesome to have a heated pool during cold weather. Unfortunately the main pool was not in service, however the secondary pools were adequate for the amount of guests that were present.
It was a very nice hotel and we had very nice rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfy and housekeeping supervisor nice. We were there for a conference. None of us were gamblers but enjoyed all the big screens to watch the world series. They get 4 stars instead of 3 because they did a great job with the conference. They food and organization and rooms for all the classes was great. Without that they would have had a 3 star because at least half their bartenders are rude, And it seemed like they all changed pricing even at the same bar and not at happy hour. Also their basic food was overpriced. Basic breakfast (non-buffet) for $16-18. I get it being a casino but that was way over the top.
Rooms clean and spacious. Poker room was professional and always had games going. Slot machines tighter than a welded steel door... Ridiculously non paying for 4 days. Buffet was great.. lots of variety and tasty.
This place has it all! I travel every month and I can tell you this was an awesome stay. Every restaurant had top notch food. Rooms are large. Beds super comfy. Complimentary drinks while Gambling... even while playing simple nickel video poker. Fantastic gym, completely free of smoke smell in rooms. Bell hops are so friendly as well as the entire staff. Casino stinks like smoke, but that's normal at every casino. Pool is gorgeous and huge. Day spa so relaxing. I can't say enough good things about our stay. I do wish they had microwaves in their rooms. My only complaint though.
The rooms in the Tuscany tower are beautiful. The bed was comfortable and guest services were amazing. We enjoyed a massage at the spa and can say it was one of the best I've had. Only a 4 because there is only a few things to enjoy at the spa as a couple. This is where the Atlantis does it better.
