  • Room looked clean and smelled nicely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was fresh and tasty. There were a few negatives: fan in bathroom was abnormally loud, minor holes in the walls in bathroom (some were patched but not painted), and there was a tub but the only way to fill it was from the shower head (knob was missing). Another thing to note: I had a great experience but others may not have had such a great one. There were a lot of phone calls into the front desk for maintenance issues (I believe most were minor).

  • The room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The price was perfect for what we got. The outside walkway of the hotel needed work and there were a few areas where the upstairs outside walkway was very weak and I actually felt someone a bit heavier than normal, might break through. Checking in and out was very easy and the receptionist at the front desk was very helpful and checked us in with a smile. They are pet friendly, and our room came with breakfast.

  • Carpet and floors were in need of cleaning. Hotel overall in dire need of repairs and renovation. Luckily, the beds were clean and comfortable. Complimentary cook to order breakfast was surprisingly good. Not the Ritz, but it'll do in a crunch.

  • Kristinara (my apologies if I misspelled her name) was very sweet, helpful and pleasant to talk to. She happily provided me a very comfortable room with a king bed and all accommodations you would expect from a FOUR STAR hotel, with the price of a three star hotel. Thanks a bunch for personally making my stay great. YOU ARE A 🌟! :-) - Donald Ramaglia / Umbrella Co.

  • The hotel room is nice. The restaurant is over priced. 12.00 margarita, expect 17.00 for an average meal per head without drinks., Very hot...they have floor fans trying to keep it cool. Sweating when sittig at the table. Go to Ale's Steakhouse for good food, service at a reasonable price.
