A serene area in the heart of the city, this lagoon/ lake is surrounded by walking and biking trails. On most mornings you will find locals exercising here and in the afternoons there are tourists taking leisurely strolls. The views along the train are beautiful and provide plenty of photo opportunities. There are several beverage stands along the way serving cold drinks and refreshing coconut water. It is an ideal way to spend an afternoon relaxing by the water. There are bike rentals available at certain points around the lake as well as paddleboats for hire. The area is well served by nearby restaurants and bars. The lagoon is very close to several parks, sports clubs and other recreational facilities.
