Accor Vacation Club, Robina Reviews

  • Please do your research. This company is a shonky business that really takes advantage of people. I know of people who have been harmed so much by this company, myself included. Accor has no morals and they don’t even believe in their own company. I was offered zero dollars for them to buy back my 3 memberships sold to me for $70,000!!!! Let that sink in. Do not get scammed. Do not get fooled. Run, run, run.

  • If you have Kids do not buy this membership it is a total waste of money as you find it impossible to use when you want to use it, in a place that is worth using. I have spent a whole day looking at options to use my points and even made a call to membership services who told me i could go back and search online. Any place that is worth going does not have consecutive time blocks when you want or need to go. You get a 10 month booking window on Silver yet anyone else that has a higher membership gets the bookings before you can lock in, hence the future sales calls for you to upgrade and spend more good money on restricted choices. I am a Accor Platinum Le-Club member and i get way more value out of this membership. I wish i had read these reviews before i committed, yet beware once they have you in the room they will throw the freebies in and the kitchen sink for you to sign there and then, so you don't have time to go away and think about it. They are very good sales people. I love Accor Hotels and use them on a corporate level yet vacation club is not for those who have kids and don't have flexibility.

  • Just attended a presentation at the Vines in Perth, WA. with my wife. I played bad cop, whilst my wife was good cop. We were meeted and greeted by Nati Kaveh, who was very polite and professional. Some chit chat ensued and we were learning about each other. Nati asked what we thought this was all about, so I gave her both barrels and told her I would not under any circumstances be signing anything that day as I had done my research and the reputation the Accor holiday club has was less than desirable. Nati understood this and explained that she wanted to explain what the deal was and if that was all she could achieve today, she'd be happy. My wife was saying things to keep me calm and we listened to Nati's presentation, which she did very well and respectfully. We continued to chat about our previous holidays and how fortunate we were to have travelled extensively. Nati was very respectful and professional throughout, so 5/5 to her. We left after 45 minutes with no 'bad taste' at all!

  • This must be the most disastrous decision my wife and I made ever to join the Accor Vacation Club. Lost money, could not book holidays total TOTAL waist of money. They are very suttle and in the end you sign up for something that you pay 5 to 7 years for that is a waist of time.

  • I would like to know how to close the account. Years of payments points lost. Why shpuld we loose our oints if we have purchased them. Is it still not our money? After reading all these comments i am very tempted to get A Current affait involved and consumer afairs.
