  • The staff are always very friendly and helpful. I'm never disappointed when I visit the store. I make it a stop anytime I go thru Waterbury area. I stop to see what is on clearance and stock up with my usual coffee. It's a great place to try a new flavor of coffee without buying a whole box. They have individual pods that you can try right in the cafe. Love it.

  • This place is great. The moment you walk in you can smell coffee of all types. They have a ton of information and history of not only the companies impact and sustainability, but of how they have positively affected others around the world. They have places to sit and enjoy whatever you choose to order. Free WiFi, and a section that showcases a few different types of coffee they have.(free samples). They have a board dedicated to explaining what goes into each coffee and how they make it. Lots of parking and lots of great scenery. Great place to visit and learn. Be ready to be caffeinated!

  • Definite worth a stop for coffee and a rest at a train depot turned traveler info and sitting area. Plenty of sign and memorabilia. The hosts on the coffee shop area are friendly and can provide directions and identify local points of interest. Worth the extra few minutes to stop by if stopping off the highway to take the scenic routes.

  • Stopped here after doing laundry next door after 6 days on the road for business. Nice to be close to the source of the good coffee and muffins. Seating is varied but fairly busy the morning I was in. However, access to wifi and facilities was greatly appreciated as I routed the rest of my morning within the state.

  • Typical big company cheaping out. Not worth the side trip to stop. We used to be able to do multiple tastings before buying a cup, that's gone. Also they got rid of the big display where you could pick multiple flavor pods to purchase. Now it's just a walk in and buy a cup, or box of pods which are priced higher than the supermarket.
