This 39-acre beach park has a lot to offer to everyone looking for a relaxing day out. Queen among its highlights is the lovely pier, which is perfect for romantic walks in the sunset. Nearby you’ll spot the Historic 1905 Dentzel Carousel, a pretty ride with 52 animals; kids can’t get enough of it. But kids can also make use of the excellent playground. When it comes to water activities, there is swimming in the summer, as well as swimming lessons. Facilities let you rent beach gear and toys. If you have a boat launch pass, you can take a vessel out into the water and try your hand at some fishing. Other sports popular at the park include baseball, softball, soccer, pickleballs and beach volleyball. The Roger Robach Community Center is used for weddings, parties, and picnics. Sometimes in the summer months free concerts are held by the beach.

Ontario Beach Park Reviews & Ratings
Great gem/asset on Lake Ontario for Rochester. People are friendly and helpful. Great place to walk around. Restaurants, bars and ice cream for the landscape. Weekends you can see wedding parties taking photos. Carousel was closed, prob only open in summer months. Take the time to enjoy a great park 😀
Just looks like a place where you can have a blast if the weather is right. Bathrooms were clean and warm. Views were breathtaking. I have to come back in the summer.
Lovely place to go with family. Love that they have BBQ set up for you there. One less thing to worry about. Fresh view of the water and sand is pretty clean also. Definitely give it a try. We went when it was light rain but they had a shed so we was safe lol. It was movie night there too that same day. Which was pretty cool!!
I can't believe we are so lucky to have a place like this in our "backyard". The pier and boardwalk were in great condition and the beach was freshly combed and wonderful. The carousel was awesome. My only complaint was the staff at the carousel was smoking cigarettes in plain view. Other than that it was in great condition and added to a perfect day.
It was a beautiful day, lots of restaurants. Love watching the sailboats coming in off the lake. We were killing time here before we went out on a dinner cruise on the Harbor Town Belle paddle wheel boat. That was A beautiful ride out onto lake Ontario. Just A very peaceful tour of the lake!
