  • It's so hard to find an available campground in the evening on the fly, but I found one here! Enough room between campgrounds to offer some privacy & quiet. The woman who checked me in was all smiles, & let me choose from a myriad of available sites. My site was a brief walk to the beach, where I watched the sky turn to a deep blue in the dusk. During rush hours, maybe they can have 2 employees in taking people?, but I cannot complain, the park employees were amicable, efficient, & helpful.

  • Barview has always been our favorite place to go for many years, however, this year we lost our baby girl of 11yrs due to another camper who did not follow the rules and leash their dog. After fighting for her life at Tanasbourne Emergency Vet Hospital our Chelsea passed away. Please, I beg of you, if you bring your pet, leash them! Nobody should have to go through what we have had to endure! 😞

  • Love this place. You can walk clear out on the jetty. Fun on a rainy day. Clean bathrooms, lots of parking. The weekends are always packed but during the week it's very peaceful and relaxing. There is a small campground, also which has showers, electrical hookups and helpful staff. The camp sites are around $25 a night. It's a great place to be!

  • Great family campground. Well-kept bathrooms, really nice playground for the kids and within walking distance to the beach. You do have to pay for showers - 2 quarters minimum to start (gets you about a 3 minute shower). There are several types of sites available: tent, RV, yurt, and cabin. Really a great place for anyone to come and enjoy the Pacific Northwest ocean.

  • We really enjoyed the beach access here and the kids made lots of friends at the playground. Close to the rail riders and train rides. Sites are a bit tightly packed and bathrooms require quarters. Otherwise, good stay.
