The Newton Theater is a fabulous Performing arts theater located in Newton, New Jersey. It seats up to 605 and is a great place to watch live performance. It is a Non-profit organization in Newton that was founded back in 1924 and is also involved with charity work such as holding awareness campaigns, fundraising events, clothing and food drives as well as many others. The theater was restored in 1923 and now features concerts, comedy and other live shows. Countless iconic artists have performed at the venue like The Bangles, Jon Anderson, and Judy Collins to name a few. It also screens various movies ranging from current to classic on their huge screens. There is easy parking at the venue.
