About Kershaw Gardens, Rockhampton
Pretty! That’s enough to describe the Kershaw Gardens, and it’s a bit ironic considering that it’s built on an old landfill. Open 24 hours a day, the neat gardens, the clever water arrangements and the quiet contemplative areas offer the people of a Rockhampton a quiet and getaway. You’ll often find families picnicking here. The locals often use the grounds for weddings. Check out the beautiful waterfall, the flower garden, the playground and the excellent walking tracks.

Kershaw Gardens, Rockhampton Reviews
I'd love to love this. But at the moment half of it is closed and I have been told it has been for a very long time. When it gets fixed it'll be great, but right now it is just a nice field with little else going for it (you can't even get to both of the pokemon gyms)
Beautiful place to stay at for 48hrs. Lovely green grass, nice cool breeze. Your right across the road from a shopping centre so you can take your time relax and do some shopping while staying here. It is for self contained vehicles only.
We regularly take our 4 dogs for a walk and love the environment even though we are limited by the new works taking place. Our dogs love the birds and plants. All workers we meet smile, wave and let us walk without any problems.
Beautiful gardens shared with gorgeous bird life. Many lovely spaces to share time with friends.
We are camping in the Riverside tourist park and tried to walk here via Charles Street and were told by the work men that it was closed... Not happy tourists as we checked website for directions and it wasn't obvious that it was shut !!! 😈
