Coastal Children's Museum Reviews & Ratings

  • Perfect little place with lots of hands on, and pretend play. Some things also to climb and simply exhaust some energy. I would say perfect for 12/18mos - 7/8 yo. Really cute. The kids loved it. I wouldn’t call it so much a museum because I think BIG area. But it’s more like a entertainment play place. Either way worth the check out in my books. I was a little skeptical of the size, but after exploring and seeing all the different things they have it changed my mind quickly.

  • Such a fun place for five and unders! My 4 year old granddaughter and 1 year old grandson had a wonderful morning here. I love the creative activities that allowed them to work independently. I especially loved the inclusion of writing opportunities in the play - the Vet's check-up report form, the order pad in the restaurant, the caterpillar book were all enjoyed by my granddaughter and appreciated by her (retired kindergarten teacher) Grandma! Thanks to the staff for such thoughtful and creative experiences!

  • My 16-month-old had an absolute blast here while we were on vacation. The people and patrons were very friendly, and there are tons of cool displays and endless rooms for a busy toddler to putter around! It was one of the highlights of our trip!

  • Small but fun. Good for our 3 year old. Not sure older children would like it

  • Perfect for the kids. Small but space incredibly well used with TONS of activities for many ages and interests. We ended up getting a membership and plan to return often when kids need to burn off some energy.
