  • Our hotel in Rome! We spent 4 nights there in March 2017 and it was the best stay of our lives. The staff (especially Mauro) are all welcoming and professional. The rooms are fantastic and the daily breakfast is just great. Having said all of that, the location couldn't be better. The view of the Pantheon is second to none. If you can splurge and get a room with a view of the Pantheon, you will not regret it! Best hotel we've ever been to.

  • There is no other place in Rome to stay. Excellent on all levels. Location is perfect to everything. This is the place to stay to experience Rome at its BEST!!

  • This hotel makes no apologies but the staff are what made the stay truly exceptional.

  • Very clean, staff extremely helpful and friendly. Great contenintal breakfast.

  • I've stayed at the Senato four times over the last 12 or so years, and it's really our 'home' in Rome. First of all, you can't beat the location - and I took full advantage of it, by visiting the Pantheon every morning and evening, since it was just steps away. Second, the rooms have fantastic views of said Pantheon and the piazza below. Third, there's the rooftop bar, with even better views of all Rome. Fourth, the staff is wonderful and attentive, and they always remember us and treat us like honored family members. The breakfast is varied and nourishing, and one of the best espresso bars is just next door. The hotel is in Centro Storico, the historic heart of Rome, and walkable to everything (besides the gorgeous historic attractions, there's also Giolitti's gelateria just a couple of blocks away!). The rooms are small but luxurious. Just book the hotel and fall in love with it.
