Bags Free, Rome Reviews - Write a Review
Above my expectation!! Highly recommended! My flight was 8pm, but I had to leave my AirBnB at 11am. I checked a few places for luggage storage, but they don't seem to be good or there is a size limitation. On the other hand, Bags Free is completely a happy surprise! Contacted it closed to mid-night, but received the confirmation right in the morning. The pick-up guy came on-time, wearing uniform and driving a van with logo. very nice and very easy to communicate. They delivered my luggage directly to the airport, so I can still use that day to visit a couple more places!! It only cost 9 per piece! I can't image such good service!
Fantastic. Was in Italy to do a charity bike ride so had a large bike box that needed storage. Was picked up from my first hotel, taken to storage and then brought to the airport on final day so I didnt even have to go back into the centre of the city. Staff were very helpful and friendly from start to finish. Would absolutely recommend these guys!
Great service, very on time, friendly and helpful staff. I had them pick up my luggage in the morning and drop off at the airport in the afternoon on the same day. I'm very happy with the service, would recommend it to everyone . Thank you very much Bags Free.
We utilised Bags Free during a recent visit to Rome, it was most convenient being able to leave one of our bags without having to lugg it around Rome. Bags Free is conveniently located near the Termini railway station, they provided a quick and easy checkin service at good competitive rates. Upon leaving Rome we changed our plans and decided not to catch the train to the airport but to contact Bags Free to utilise their airport transfer service. Such convenience with the transfer vehicle being able to pickup our bag located at Bags Free and bring it to our accommodation ready for our airport transfer. Bags Free communicated very well with any questions we asked and were prompt at responding to our emails. On the day we were to be picked up from our accommodation the area near our accommodation had the roads cut off due to a fun run in Rome. However, the driver kindly parked the vehicle where he could and walked to us to assist taking the rest of our luggage to the awaiting vehicle and onwards we proceeded to the airport. Overall a fantastic service!
Stored our suitcase here for a single day for €4 on our last day in Rome. Very fast, friendly service and much cheaper than the Roma Termini bag deposit. I highly recommend this place.
