Arrogant service, and average yet overpriced food, this is one of those places you wish you never set foot... especially as there are so many far better options in walking distance.
Very poor service, high prices and the worst kind of food. My carbonara consisted of processed cheese sauce, undercooked pasta and about 4 bacon lardons. Bearing in mind it cost €18 I will never be going back and cannot recommend at all. The only positive was the lovely courtyard at the rear in which we sat for our meal!
The service was quite hectic, but the good and atmosphere were great! Loved the place.
After a trip to Gianiccolo we just needed a glass of wine and a little bit of food. Behind the small entrance was a huge restaurant and a cozy courtyard. We 4 shared 2 different antipasti: rustico & fritti alla romana and a 1/2 house white wine. Great nice taste in it all. All walls are filled with pictures of known and unknown past guests. We will be back.
We loved are meal here. We booked an early table and the service was exceptional. We had a lovely table in the courtyard, which was a beautiful setting. Both the amatriciana and clam pasta dishes were great, and the tiramisu was beautiful. There is also an extensive wine list. One of the best meals that we had in Rome!
