  • Buses fill in the morning, and you'll be forced to wait sometimes for an hour. We had to take a taxi in order to arrive in time for a tour. Also, buses stop at the train station and will take up to a 30 minute break, so you're stuck. The time for the last bus isn't very clear, and so you can't be quite sure if you've missed it or not. The Hop on/Hop off is misleading. You can only "hop on" if there are available seats, and the "hop off" is only at the designated stops which changed during our trip. I recommend using the much less expensive public transportation system.

  • We ran to catch the bus with our 6 year old child. The driver closed the door right in our face!!! Seriously they were in such hurry??? The next bus came, we tried to get on. The very rude ticket agent kept yelling at us not to get on because she needed to clean the bus. I understood perfectly the necessity but couldn't accept the rude attitude. I took a photo of her and she threatened to call the police. At that point we just walked away without taking the bus. It was such a aweful experience. We will never take city sightseeing bus again.

  • Do not buy tickets they are scam artists and will over charge u...they leave u at the bus terminal and u have to wait 30 mins for the next bus. Then when u complain at the visitor center they say it's not their problem

  • The WORST company ever! Stay away from it. Me and my husband + at least 20 other people were waiting for the bus for 2 hours, and it never showed up! Poor service, wasn't able to get a hold of anyone working for this company. You robbed us of 46 euros, and a terrible last day of our honeymoon! You should be ashamed!!!!

  • This experience added more stress to our vacation and we felt it was a HUGE waste of time and money. The wifi on most buses does not work well or at all and with that being said, since we only had a confirmation number on our phones and not an electronic voucher the staff sent us for a 30min walk on a hot day to a visitor Centre where we could use their wifi to get our printed tickets. the website convenientally leaves it important information and the staff wearing the red city sightseeing outfits all give you conflicting directions. The stops aren't that spread out so honestly I would recommend either walking or taking city transit which is much cheaper and to my surprise Easier than the hop on hop off tour. The commentary on the bus is decent but the headphones I got were faulty and I couldn't hear well. My boyfriends were fine. That's just some of the frustration but when things are much more complicated than advertised and you receive bad/rude service in addition you can't help but feel ripped off.
