Breakfast is a joke, awful instant coffee and low quality croissant. Our room was right in front of the main entrance to the hotel so we heard every single noise. The door noise isolation is poor. Late check in after 8pm costs 30EUR extra. Quite pricey for what you get. Pros: clean, AC, 15 minutes walk to colosseum, staff speaks English.
Very clean and well maintained hotel. Modern and good size rooms Wifi weak though. Good location, nice and friendly staff. Only 20 minutes walk East of the Colosseum. Recommended to everyone
This hotel/guesthouse is located ideally. Near the Metro and about 10-15 min walk to the Colosseum. Unfortunately the cost you pay doesn't include the city tax which is charged on top. Also, when we arrived they asked what time we wanted breakfast. I said is this included and they said yes. The next day after 2 breakfasts they say that we owe 20 Euro for breakfasts. I was not told the cost for this so they should have given for free, as we didn't ask for it. Not the best customer service. Also, one day we came home around 1pm and the room had not been cleaned, but they left keys in the door...so anyone could get into our room and take the valuables! There also isn't enough lighting in the room. They would have got an excellent review if they had got more of the basics right.
Great simple hotel
Nice little place that is a short walk from metro and tram stops. Only 20 mins walk East of the Colosseum. Modern and good sized rooms. Good price. Fully recommend! Small sign so can be difficult to find at first.
