This property has an electric toilet which obviously gets blocked all the time as there are signs on it to say they will charge you if it gets blocked. When I arrived it was making the loudest noises all through the night and I just thought it was the old pipes. One day the toilet did overflow, we were left in a dirty stinking unit and had to sleep with the disguisting smell. Had to leave the apartment twice too for cleaner and plumber. Two weeks later, I receive an email saying they have charged us as there was a pad down there (this pad looks prehistoric and nothing an Australian would use had we even had our period). I am livid. They have taken $250 out of my account!!! It is illegal and we did not do this. They have people come and go all the time. How can you say when something was put down a toilet? Things get lodged for ages and I have never even seen anything like what they suggested we put down there. There were signs all over the toilet saying they’ll charge you, as if we would! Also check in process is a joke, they only tell you after you have booked that they are only open for 5 hours. Trying to get your flight to match their times is not easy. It also says it has breakfast but you find out the apartment you booked does not!!
Comfy rooms, friendly staff, and a great view of the Piazza!! Though they don't have a restaurant on site, the neighborhood has dozens of great dining options. Conveniently located near a metro station, makes it a great place to stay when in Rome. The showers are a bit cramped though.
Stayed here twice before. Amazing location, close to absolutely everything. Very clean rooms and friendly staff.
Bellissima suite Consiglio questo posto senza ombra di dubbio
