Love it!!! Although it is a historical building its decoration and setting mixes elegance, and history with a soft touch of modernism. The rooms are decorated with taste. Comfortable bed and a chic bathroom. Excellent service from everyone in the hotel and an amazing breakfast buffet.
Excellent customer service! The only issue we had was with the air conditioning as it wasn't able to keep up to August heat. Aside from this the location is very central (close to the Termini station as well as the Metro and a major shopping strip). It is also located close to Cavour which has a lot of great food places. The really big bonus for anyone who doesn't want to rack up a huge cellular roaming bill is this hotel gives you free of charge the use of the 'manet' service (basically a mobile phone with unlimited local and international calls and UNLIMITED internet)!
Great small hotel in the middle of Rome. Located within reasonable walking distance to many attractions. The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. Don't miss the breakfast buffet! We are planning to return in the future!
Good checkin, clean room, it does need some work around the details but it's not bad. The lobby has an overpowering smell of the scented oils that are annoying to smell when you're trying to eat breakfast. Another annoying thing was staff vacuuming a room beside ours at 8:30am. Why? Great location. Would recommend.
Helpful staff. Informal atmosphere. Great location for visiting tourists.
