Quirky but nice room. Clean. Well located. Nice helpful staff in hotel. However the dining room is best avoided for an evening meal. Food is terrible & dining staff inexperienced. In fact one waiter was extremely unhelpful & rude. Unfortunately given our experience with this staff member we would not return.
Location is good, near to tram and bus stop, small shops and pharmacy nearby. Rooms are modern, with fridge, but no kettle. Aircon can just about cope in the height of summer. Shower is good, but bath is a little narrow so the curtain sticks to you when you shower. Breakfast is good, wide selection of cakes, pastries and fruit juices and plenty of coffee. Some hot food, bacon, sausages and scrambled egg. Hotel has its own restaurant for evening food. Staff are friendly and helpful, can arrange taxis and tours.
Nice hotel and staff with a different interior. Our room was large and spacious with a balcony. The hotel is located a few blocks from the main streets (noticeable when you walk back and forth at 40 degrees to the hotel). The breakfast was no special, high level of noise of the music in the cantina. Very nice restaurant in the same building where locals eat their lunch and appertivo. 🇮🇹
It's a nice room. They have a very strict guest policy. They'll need their passport (if from out of town) and can only stay for a couple of hours before they start to say something. Otherwise it's a nice place to lay your head on vacation.
I was staying at the Hotel Ripa Roma as a student between housing along with 2 other girls. The hotel was very accommodating for our program and the staff was very pleasant. I almost wish I could've stayed another day!
