  • This is a very modern looking hotel compared to most hotels in Europe and in Italy. The decor is an odd mix of suedo gold gild and pop art. The room was very large and set up for a family. I slept on one of the 'kid' beds which was a very close to the ground fold out from a couch. I was exhausted so I slept OK. It wasn't great. The bathrooms in Italy are very challenging. The shower head was mounted on the side wall of an oblong shower. It had a curtain instead of a door and after 4 ladies had showered, the room had flooded each time and all the way into the carpet of the 'master' bedroom. It was clean and quiet. Overall not a bad place.

  • Quirky but nice room. Clean. Well located. Nice helpful staff in hotel. However the dining room is best avoided for an evening meal. Food is terrible & dining staff inexperienced. In fact one waiter was extremely unhelpful & rude. Unfortunately given our experience with this staff member we would not return.

  • Location is good, near to tram and bus stop, small shops and pharmacy nearby. Rooms are modern, with fridge, but no kettle. Aircon can just about cope in the height of summer. Shower is good, but bath is a little narrow so the curtain sticks to you when you shower. Breakfast is good, wide selection of cakes, pastries and fruit juices and plenty of coffee. Some hot food, bacon, sausages and scrambled egg. Hotel has its own restaurant for evening food. Staff are friendly and helpful, can arrange taxis and tours.

  • Location is fine. Rooms are not so comfortable. You could smell some dislike odor.

  • Lovely hotel. Close to all the tourist attraction but far enough away to feel relaxed . Beautiful area of the city with lots of places to eat. The hotel bar and restaurant are top class with lovely staff. Food was excellent
