One of the most popular and important attraction in Ronda, the Plaza de Toros is a bullring which was constructed in 1785. The bullring which has witnessed numerous bull fights over these years, is of the diameter of 66 metres and has two layers of seating capacity. Moreover, the Royal Box has a roof which is decorated by Arabic tiles. To shed some light on the efforts that went in the construction of this marvel, there is also a museum here. Add a tinge of thrill to your Ronda adventure and witness a bullfight here!

Plaza De Toros De Ronda, Ronda Reviews - Write a Review
This is one of the oldest bullfighting rings/arenas in Spain. The tour is okay for the most part. Lots of artifacts on display from the ornate costumes of the toreros to the horses' gear. The Staff were not friendly at all at the entrance desk and we were even a Family fluent in Spanish. The area before entering the main arena can bottleneck into a hallway of lots of people trying to read the captions for the photos or artifacts. We took the audio tour but you still had to pass the same way as these tours are designed a certain way. This could be an area for improvement. Not very efficient use of space. I do not agree with this sport, even if it is part of Spain's history.
This is an absolute must to see. Personally found it to be fascinating that you can get inside the bull ring. A great bit of history and culture
Worth a visit. The tickets are 7€ pP and the audio guide another 1.5€. Impressive place and the audio guide tells you the history of this plaza de torros, the history of bullfighting itself and important torreros in the history.
Really interesting and fun. My 7 and 9 yo boys were really engaged in the audio tour. Took some memorable photos of them pretending to be bulls.
Una de las plazas de toros más antiguas del mundo. 世界上最古老的斗牛场之一。 One of the oldest bullrings in the world. Eine der ältesten Stierkämpfe der Welt. Одна из старейших в мире бычков. 世界で最も古い闘牛場のひとつ。
