Nature has bestowed us with views that simply take our breath away and one such view is that of the Blue spring in New Zealand. The place is so exceptionally beautiful that it drives you away from anything that could be considered less than perfect. The setting is such that the place has natural spring which is astonishing blue in colour, extremely transparent to let you see the bottom of the lake and surrounded by greenery that could not be compared to anything but heavenly. Within such a setting you are bound to get much closer to nature and to yourself too.

  • One of the best places I’ve visited in Hamilton. If your looking for a day outing amidst lush greenery and a breathtaking view of the crystal clear waters, Blue Springs is the place to be. Nestled in the lap of nature, this place is a must visit if you’re around. Drones are strictly not allowed at the venue so refrain from using them there. Also the water is so pristine and beautiful hence swimming here is not encouraged to maintain the beauty of the place.

  • GORGEOUS!! This place is so nice and I love that you must go out rurally to find it. There is only a small car park, but really there aren't that many people there. Because you have to drive out quite a ways to see it I don't think many people come out, or just don't know about it. When you first see the clear springs just remember not to forgot there's much more ahead. The trail goes on forever!! The trail actually goes into native bush once you pass the flat boardwalk. Enjoy! And DO NOT swim in the river...please don't ruin some of the only pure untouched environment we have left on Earth. Just enjoy 😊

  • One of the most beautiful and peaceful places I've ever visited. The colors or the plants in the clear water are mesmerizing. Totally worth the detour here. There are long paths trails that you can walk. Most of them are on a little boardwalk which makes it easy and convinient to walk. It's an easy walk without hard hills/long stairs to climb. Excellent place to bring food and eat there like a picnic. Be aware that you can't swim there.

  • Always a great place to visit when passing through. Well maintained walkways, not a lot of parking but was very quiet when we were there. Swimming is no longer permitted in the springs.

  • Short walk amazing little place. Water so clear you can just watch the fish swim around. I hope you get a chance to see it when the suns out the colors that seem to come out when the sun does are magical. Would recommend this if you in the area.
