This art-deco building with a Spanish touch was once the most happening spot in Rotorua. The hang-out place of the rich and famous; it still stands tall and elegant evoking the glamor of yesteryears. It functions more like an entertainment center now, with a museum, conference room, function rooms, and a tea room. The pool is still functional, and a dip in the ‘Liquid Lights’ is highly recommended, as the mineral rich waters are said to have healing and rejuvenating qualities. The Blue Baths also hosts shows featuring dazzling costumes, enthralling songs and energetic dances.

• The entry to the bath house is free on a museum ticket, however you have to pay a small for using the baths – Adults: $11; Children 4-13 years: $6; Children under 4: Free.
