Located right at the center of Sa Pa, this beautiful mountain is said to be the primary reason responsible for increasing tourism in Sa Pa. Relatively a short hike from the city will take you to this mountain. As you climb up the mountain, you will come across stones in shape of Dragon’s foot print. The peak looks like dragon’s head. Many legends revolve around this mountain. One of the legend says that a couple dragons were roaming around this place. When they get a call from heaven, one manages to flew away while the other one stayed behind. That dragon might have turned into this mountain. Whatever the legend is, a visit to this mountain will make you fall in love with the scenic beauty. However, the best time to visit the mountain is in spring. There are gardens along the mountain which gets covered with colors during spring because of fully blossomed flowers. Hence, visit this mountain during this month to get the best view.
