Best Time To Visit Sagar
The climate of Sagar is divided as per its seasons. The summer can get too hot and the peak months of winter are really chilly. The rains are never unbearable, but its best to avoid visiting Sagar during this time since the lack of infrastructure can get into your way of having a pleasant time. The seasons are as follows:-
- Summer( March-May)- It is best to avoid visiting Sagar during these months as the heat gets scorching and the weather gets unbearable. As schools are shut for a summer break, the town also gets crowded because of visiting families during the holidays. The temperature stays at an average of 35 degrees Celsius and can even go upto 40-45 degrees Celsius.
- Monsoon(June-September)- The weather of Sagar is governed by monsoon patterns. The end of summer marks the advent of monsoons and it is extremely pleasant in the month of June. Although, the humidity gets really high; but the temperature fluctuates between 25 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius during this season.
- Winter(November-February)– Winter actually starts in the month of October, but it is disrupted by occasional October heat so the real effects of winter can be felt November onwards. This is the best time to visit Sagar. In November, you will also see grand celebrations of Diwali and the pleasantness of Winter stays until the end of February with temperatures going as low as 10 degrees Celsius during chilly mornings. The temperature maintains a comfortable 20-25 degrees Celsius during these months.
